Automation helps us to provide precise assembly, avoid defects, and lower down the costs by speeding processes to achieve competitive price to quality ratio. All production lines are controlled by centralized software and each robot and machine detects and reports any malfunction online, so our engineers and operators can instantly react. Manufacturing buildings are equipped with full temperature, humidity, and dust control devices. The ISO 9001 & 14001 accredited manufacturing plant, the fully automated production line and the state-of-the-art technology guarantee the Tier 1 level Kada solar panels in accordance with international standards of IEC 61730 and IEC 61215.
Intelligent Management
We have implanted MES & ERP system to monitor and control holistically the production.
Modularized production system enables fast delivery. It also helps us on less human-made mistakes and enhance production efficiency at the same time. Real time monitored and recorded quality is also on continuous improvement.
Rigorous Quality Assurance
Our testing stations comply with AAA+ standards and label marking of output after final flash testing and sorting is done only at positive tolerance. Kada testing standard averagely 3-6 times higher than industry standards IEC 61215 and IEC 61730.
Tier 1 Brand Authorized Factory Program
Kada not only adheres to Tier 1 production and quality control standards, but also has been promoting Tier 1 Brand Authorized Factory Program (TBAFP) globally to create an efficient global supply chain system for industrial investors.
Countries around the world have successively announced their timetable for the completion of greenhouse gas emission reduction tasks. Undoubtedly, vigorously developing the solar industry is the most mature and efficient means and path. Therefore, many countries have launched incentive policies to encourage local content requirements (LCRs) on solar industry. For example, if a domestic solar power station uses domestically manufactured solar panels, the project will not only obtain a low-interest loan from the National Bank, but also the PPA electricity price during the life cycle of the power station will be 10% or even 30% higher than that of the power station using imported solar panel.

The Kada team specializes in turnkey solutions for global solar factories. The "turnkey" standard has been redefined in Kada since 2016. On the premise of ensuring the quality and timing of the factory, our HR specialists will work with our engineers to help investors recruit local employees and send them to Tier1's enterprise headquarters to receive the highest level of skills training in the world. Not only that, we even distribute the operation SOP manual in their native language to each employee.
The successful turnkey of the factory is only the end of the 1ᙚᵗ phase of TBAFP. Starting from the official authorization from Tier 1 for this factory, Kada's long-term service for this factory has just essentially begun.
